The open multi-genre arts festival «Colors of Ukraine», which took place on October 12, 2025 on the territory of the Nature Park «Beremytske», is an initiative that combines cultural, environmental, educational and public efforts to develop Ukrainian culture, support creative collectives, form sustainable interregional ties and increase the role of culture in public life.
The festival was organized by the Public Organization «Creative Association «Northern Fortress», with the partnership of the Nature Park «Beremytske» and the Charitable Organization «Charitable Fundation «Beremytske Biosphere», which jointly implement a multi-year partnership program in the field of culture, environmental education and public activity.
The festival aims to create a holistic cultural environment that combines tradition and modernity, creativity and nature, man and community. The festival is intended to become not just an artistic event, but a platform for unity, a space for lively dialogue between artists, educators, researchers, volunteers, local residents, business representatives and government officials. Its mission is to support the idea of the revival of Ukrainian culture through art and joint action as a factor of national resilience, humanity and spiritual unity in times of war and social challenges.
The festival aims to showcase the vibrant palette of Ukrainian creativity in songs, music, theater, decorative and applied crafts, modern art forms and folklore. It aims to prove that culture is not only a heritage, but also a modern force capable of uniting generations, regions and communities around common values: dignity, respect, mutual support, and love for nature and the native land.
Through the implementation of the festival, the organizers seek to form a new tradition of sustainable cultural and social practices on the territory of the Nature Park «Beremytske». It is here that the idea of combining man and the environment, spiritual and natural, local and national, is born.
This space becomes a symbol of balance, peace and creative inspiration, an environment in which each participant feels their involvement in the great Ukrainian history and culture.
The festival performs an important educational and social function.
Its task is to help communities overcome the consequences of war, losses, and social alienation through creativity, to restore people’s faith in themselves and in joint actions.
During the festival, an atmosphere of goodwill, trust, mutual respect, and values that form the psychological resilience of society is created.
Special attention is paid to children, youth, internally displaced persons and families of veterans as an example of how culture can heal, support and unite.
